Advocating for You

Tuesday, August 25th, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. CST

Virtual Only

What does it take to grow in this field, whether you’re aiming for your next role, a raise, or just want to stay sharp and engaged in your work? Join us for a conversation with Jan Rodusky on what grant professionals can do to reach the next level and keep their skills and knowledge fresh.

Based upon the “Know Your Worth” workshop, this session introduces this empowering and important work. Our presenter, Jan Rodusky, will provide attendees with the tools to work through the process independently, including:

• Conducting a realistic assessment on your own, including how to utilize GPA’s Annual Compensation and Benefits Report;
• Evaluating whether or not you are being appropriately compensated for your worth,
• Building talking points to use to advocate for yourself; and
• Developing a professional development game plan.

Come get a taste of what’s possible when you invest in your own growth.
