Happy New Year! You are invited to join the Southeast Texas Chapter for our first meeting in 2024. We will be partying with a purpose, and discussing the importance of setting good self-care goals for the new year. It is crucial to maintain a healthy balance between work and life in order to achieve success. Please join us and share how you take care of yourself and manage stress. If you have a favorite product or something you use, feel free to bring it with you. We will be revisiting the PAUSE technique, and starting the new year refreshed with tools to care for ourselves well.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If the weather conditions are too severe or cold, we will send an email by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17th, to notify you about the cancellation or rescheduled date.<\/span><\/p>\n
